🗓️ Weekly Theme & Special Activity Scheduling Notice

Please note that while the weekly theme content (e.g., Executive Functioning Bootcamp: Spy Edition) will remain as described, some special activities, guest visits, or outside organization partnerships do not have set days or times confirmed at the time of registration. These experiences are planned as part of the weekly theme and will be included during the week, but exact scheduling will depend on our partners’ availability and weather conditions such as rain, severe storms, or extreme heat that may require adjustments to daily activities.

By enrolling your child, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • The weekly theme and overall activities will not change in description or focus.
  • Guest visits and partner-led experiences (e.g., fitness instructors, community helpers, local professionals) are part of the weekly theme and will be scheduled as available.
  • Weather-dependent activities may be adjusted for safety if inclement weather or extreme conditions occur, with alternative indoor or adapted programming communicated to families in advance.
  • We will share finalized schedules for partner visits and weather-related changes with families as soon as details are confirmed.

This helps ensure all campers benefit from both the planned weekly theme and enriching community experiences — while prioritizing safety and clear expectations.

We will be partnering with the following Organizations:

Zoomobile Outreach - Pittsburgh Zoo & Aquarium

2026 Kids Club Membership – Pittsburgh Thunderbirds

Outside The Box Labs

Science on the Road - Kamin Science Center

Finding Rhythms in Art and Music — Carnegie Museum of Art
